PARTY/BIRTHDAY DRESS CONSULATION
Let us bring your special dress for a special event to life! Designed to still the spot light for any occasion.
Book a one on one consultation with Dé Johnea Bianca In-Person or Virtual. In-person consultation our done at our Tampa location. Prices vary based off design, fabric selection, and design detail. Bring any inspirational materials and images of the garments you would like created and we will bring your vision to life. Rush Fee will be applied less than 6 weeks prior to event date with is $150 (will be added to price). Consultation is 30-45 min
Consultation fee does't go toward cost of design. There is a 60% deposit required to start the design process. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us ASAP. Production time is 4-8 weeksunless rush order is needed. Once your appointment is booked, there are no refunds on consultation cost. No Call, No Show, No New appointment will result in you booking a new consultation and you will lose the payment.

Shipping Information
- All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted) and shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping
- There is a 2 day processing time, plus the production time before orders are shipped out
- We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles
- Some garments have different production days, please allow 14-20 business days and 4-8 weeks (during prom season dress can take up to 8 week completion time) If item is needed sooner, please email us at info@dejohneabianca.com

- ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.
- We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size.(If you are between sizes, we recommend getting the larger size).
- If you have a problems with an item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will assist you. info@dejohneabianca.com
- When ordering anything custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, in which case this has to be done locally.
