Shipping Policy
- All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted) and shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping
- There is a 2 day processing time, plus the production time before orders are shipped out
- We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles
- Some garments have different production days, please allow 14-20 business days and 4-8 weeks (during prom season dress can take up to 8 week completion time) If item is needed sooner, please email us at info@dejohneabianca.com
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States
- If the USPS tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services. However, we will look into the matter for you to make sure the order was delivered to your address, etc.
- Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order

If your order has already shipped and is undeliverable based on the address you entered and returned by USPS to our facilities, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees/costs.
