- All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted) and shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping
- There is a 2 day processing time, plus the production time before orders are shipped out
- We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles
- Some garments have different production days, please allow 14-20 business days and 4-8 weeks (during prom season dress can take up to 8 week completion time) If item is needed sooner, please email us at info@dejohneabianca.com

- We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size.(If you are between sizes, we recommend getting the larger size).

- When ordering anything custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, in which case this has to be done locally.
