Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at this time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
International Shipping
- International shipping options are being expanded. At this time, USPS is available. As we grow, options like DHL, UPS, or FedEx may be added. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or courier.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

Refund Policy
At Dé Johnea Bianca, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Because we are a small independent brand creating limited runs and one-of-a-kind designs, our return and exchange policy is structured to protect both our customers and our brand integrity.
General Returns (Ready-to-Ship, Regular-Priced Items)
- Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Free of stains, odors, and damage.
- In original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No direct refunds to the original payment method.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Swimwear
- Due to hygiene standards, all swimwear is final sale.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on swimwear items.
- Exception: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, it may be exchanged for the correct item (subject to availability).

Exchanges & Store Credit
- If an exchange is requested and:
The new item is higher in price, the customer pays the difference.
The new item is lower in price, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. - Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases.
International Orders
- Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Processing Timeline
- To initiate a return, email info@dejohneabianca.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Returns are processed within 5–10 business days once received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Eligible for replacement or store credit only.
