Refund Policy
We accept returns for full-price merchandise that is in stock at the time of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with the yellow tag intact. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, online, commercially, or for personal gain. They must also be free of deodorant or makeup residue. Any items not meeting these standards will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
You can request a return label for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are not marked as final sale. Returns can be processed for either a refund to your original payment method or a site credit. A $15 processing fee applies to refunds. We do not accept any returns or exchanges outside of the 14-day window.
Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Made-To-Order items are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@dejohneabianca.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items sent back to our fulfillment center without prior notice will be returned to the customer.
Once we receive and accept your return, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. For further inquiries, please contact your bank directly.
